today's training was somewhat frustrating to begin with
not being able to do the dorsiflex drills properly
FYI.."The complete act of dorsflexing will allow a sprinter to put his/her foot down with much more force. This greater force application will cause the foot to rebound higher and create knee lift and a faster foot recovery time. This will assist the runner in being faster."
like that how to improve...
but lets see as we go along...
at least i CARE about it now,so im quite positive dere's gna be improvement

trng got better at the end cos alvin and lee zi keep helping me
thx...lol then alvin seems to be getting quite sian with the sec1s, who are clamped up in their own clique

so, my aims for the week!
improve running posture!(which means i have to swing my arms everywhere i go)
do my hopping!
ace geog test! ace comming log test!
get to know sec1s better!
its always hard but it will pay off, just like the JOOERN batch
so i must talk to wai lun, zhi wei, dong wei and bo yu
i not really keen on talking to wen hao and benjamin
bo yu seems hard to talk to
zhi wei is easy to talk to
wai lun is fun to talk to
dong wei gets insulted very easily
