felt really shagged today. so many things to do.
finished self-training, though i only managed to run 3km after weights:(
went to thomson plaza to do impnt things, haha.
now i have to read through the notes and do IHC essay so adrian wont bodyslam me. gna take real long. and i have to do 19.1, chem, and file my notes!
sian, chinese c5, geog c6, and my ihc fails me! b3:( my geog too. ruin my under a2 for 4 years streak(ARGHHH!!!)
physics b3. not bad considering its self-study, bwahaha.
maths is also gg cause of paedo png's killer test. damn unfair lah, ruin my a1 for test1
hahha all the malaysian scholars were like," AHH DIE DIE DIE ALRD!"
fortunately i have chem to cheer me up, and the fact that there arent gonna be test for the next 3-4weeks.

Didnt go for training today. went home to study for IHC.
zomg i seriously need to pull up my super screwed geog. today geog was damn screwed lah. supposed to write 8 points but i only wrote one. i even drew a freaking diagram when it wasnt realy needed. stupid huiboon didnt even tell us how to write if given in that kinda format.
come to think of it, i prefer ECSTASY much more. so straight to the point. lol.

chem was quite fun, in fact. hhaha, this year i think chem's the subject i put most consistent effort in. i just chionged through redox and mole calc and slacked outside the classroom for 30mins. LOL later if i screw it up too i dunno whether to laugh or cry.

our performance wasnt good. and we lost our 3rd position by 0.8

but everyone ran their best, i think we just werent on form. (so i not say very sad lah, hahah)

for the 2nd leg, the commonwealth guy was about 300m in front of me.
thanks to him i could run better.

so i could keep my pace quite well. it was quite deserted compared to previous SAa cross though. so in the end we were neck to neck. i tried to whack but then he whacked too. and i just didnt have the energy anymore. so he beat me by like 5m. and i don't think he's one of commonwealth good runner. sian. so lousyyyy.
MAN i think im SO gonna be stuffed with 300ms on modayyy. i need it anyway hhaha
oh well.

so during prize presentation we were all sorta showing chaobin while the people from other schools were cheering and smiling and all. quite a depressing scene. maybe we looked like a grp of sulky, spoilt kids. haha

training was much better!:D
first we did some staircase 3 step at a time thingy
which made me feel lots of lactic and make my legs tremble when i stand.
then we did 300m x 6!

im seriously thankful for the rain. i think if it didnt rain everyone would just be damn sian
hahahha everyone was just soaked and the track had like a layer of water. quite thick
hahah everyone was playing in the rain and spalshing at each other.
so more when run with guang yan, following behind him can see a whole line of huge ripples behind him, marking his steps.
but didnt really see the ripples through the 300m for most of the sets
