IHC test and chem SPA, must ace!
RAWR i doubt there's time to run.
after this 2weeks when the exam is over, i better go back sub 60kg
and then study for exam.
BUT WTF LAH maths is getting harder and harder
alrd cannot catch up then come out another functions for which i don't understand. fuck.
maths exam is screwed.
and my dad is damn kp. KP! DAMN KP! the sight of his faces ruins my day. he's just guai lan TO THE MAX. hurry go away to japan lah!
YAY after the 2 test 2ml training got long run! with longer distance:D
sadly i have to go to church and ying chou.
but training really helps me de-stress, even though i get tired after that,
haha long run is the best. i hope we run 16km, then 20km, and longer and longer and longer, and faster and faster and faster! if we can manage lah, hahah
then pace right now is the best, its like you can go on forever!:D haha i cant wait to see that view of the reservoir again,
haha i cant believe i like training now!
back when we were sec1s, we were all wondering how things could be better if we were not in track.
how to come up with excuses to pon training, (like, distant relative's funeral, or chalet with family)complaining about han, angry cos he used dumb methods to make us run more.lamenting over the toughness of the training sometimes, when the entire body is filled with lactic, the chest is pounding like crazy, the legs are jelly, the ribs hurt, and the head feels numb cos of a lack of oxygen, and only half-way through the sets.i guesss wad mr.tok told me 2 weeks before nats was right,
would you rather have this feeling during your training,
or when you are lagging behind the others in a race?
all this, its all gna pay off, hopefully, next year.
